This has worked for me and others:
Try:
Go to "Start", "Run", and type the following and press enter:
regsvr32 msscript.ocx
regsvr32 dispex.dll
regsvr32 vbscript.dll
It seems Microsoft patches between Service Pack 1 and Service Pack 2 cause this.......
A complete nightmare as some customers are getting the same problem now, which suggests
a recent patch more towards Service Pack 2. Can you let me know if it works for
you or not.
