Windows picture and fax viewer was a good working program for editing my digital pitures. I had to reset my PC to factory installation, the Windows picture and fax viewer disappeared for no reason and MSPaint (a non working editing program) pops up every time . How do I get rid of MSPaint and get my Windows picture and fax viewer back? I appreciate any help.
