Dwwin.exe is an error reporting application named "Dr. Watson".
To stop getting those annoying error messages you can disable this service.
Right click on "My Computer" and hit "Properties".
Then hit the "Advanced" tab, then "error reporting" at the bottom of the page.
Click "disable this service" and keep "but report critical errors" unchecked.
Now, go to Start/Run and put in "services.msc".
You will see a list of the services that are available.
Go down the list to "error reporting", right click on it and hit "Properties". Then
move the drop down-menu at "Start-up type" to "Disabled".
That's it. It should fix it all.
