Create a new DWORD value, or modify the existing value called 'NoSaveSettings' set the value to equal '0'. [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer Value Name: NoSaveSettings Data Type: REG_DWORD (DWORD Value) Value Data: (0 = disabled, 1 = enabled)
