To show all installed driver also show details tab of device properties, Copy and paste all between below two red lines to notepad Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00 [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Environment] "DEVMGR_SHOW_DETAILS"="1" "DEVMGR_SHOW_NONPRESENT_DEVICES"="1" File name : ShowHidden&Details.reg Save as type : All files Double click on ShowHidden&Details.reg to merge it to registry... then go to Start -> Run -> type in : devmgmt.msc Under view menu click on show hidden device then expand every key to find and uninstall all hidden device that look greyed out from device manager but don't uninstall everything you find under "Sound, video, and game controller" Hope this helps...
