hey, iv got the problem of that silly hotfix Q811493, and its hard core slowing my
computer down. I dont know alot about computers, but iv tried every way that i know
of removing it, but it just wont go away! Iv tried to go the a add/remove programs
thing in control panel, and i click onto it and it doesnt have a remove buttn. Iv
tried to do a search on my computer and to delete it that way and it just comes back.
Id even delete it out of the recycle bin but it would re-appear the next time i started
up my computer.is there anyone who could tell me another way to go about it? Coz
im totally at a loss! its real frustrating. Your help would be much appreciated!
