actually i do believe it has something to do with the nic card i am getting the
same problem i did a low level format and it was finally stopped so i thought
i woke up this am to the message but my puter doesnt shut down after i just cant
get on the net til i reboot maybe im wrong about the nic but i have norton and
there is no virus if anyone has better ideas please let me know
