My friend has the same problem and for now I can only help him by phone, On my first
try, I saw that this is not really a virus but surely a process that can block explorer.exe,
because if you start windows in the safe mode it'll work correctly but we don't want
to use windows in the safe mode so I make him try the restore system program, that
does not help, and now I must investigate more, so look at your process stop everything
that should not be there see the list and after that try to start "new task" explorer.exe
if it work you should try to find wich process block explorer.exe, and if this work
this mean that this is not a virus but a software that is running so you should be
able to find it and delete it manually.
