Question about 'How do get the taskbar and desktop back if Explorer crashes' Sunday, October 31, 2004 at 6:30 am Windows XP Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by Katie Halliday (1 messages posted) When i start up my computer no desktop icons or task bar shows only the wallpaper, if i shut down my computer then start it up again straight after the icons and takbar appear but when i go back to it a day later nothing shows up and i have to shut down and start up again. I have to do this everytime i start up the computer. Please reply if you know how to solve the problem or have any ideas what to do.
