I just wanted to update that I did a windows repair, and it was the worst possible thing I could have done. Although the tech assured me that no information would be lost, my hard drive crashed and all I could get was a D prompt :(. Because I couldn't back up anything w/o my burner working, I lost a lot of information. I just want to let everyone know NOT to do a windows reinstall!!!!! I had to ship my computer in and, as I said, lost everything I had not recently backed up!...
