just copy the netsetup.exe file from your I386 directory from your XP pc to a floppy
then run this file from your floppy in the win98/ME pc its will going to ask you
the name and workgroup for your pc, enter the correct Workgroup(the same of the XP)
the name of the pc should be diferent, and thats all, you can share any files , directorys
and printers.
