man, u must be god or something!!! how the hell did ya figure that put?! worked perfectly for me... all i did was remove my dvd drive and re-install it and neither that nor my other cd drive that was never removed would work... ur solution fixed it all... if i were a billionaire, i'd make u a millionaire :)
