It seems very odd to me that you don't have this option. I thought all the Office
suite of programs had this - mine certainly does (Outlook, Word, Excel etc..)
It's hard to imagine that it would be removed in Office 2003 - out of interest check
Word. It is also possible that your printer driver does not support this function
so could be worth checking the printer manufacturer's web site
