The registry key for Show Super Hidden was already set at 1 when I found it. Further
down, however, was another entry named, Super Hidden. It also had a value of 1.
I changed it to 0 and left Show Super Hidden set as it already was, at 1. This,
without a restart, immediately showed all Temporary Internet Files and cookies, so
I assume it worked for all super hidden files. Many thanks to RandomBox for the
great lead!
