I was able to stop it using Giant Antispyware it set the source IP address to 127.0.0.1.
This is a stopgap something is starting it using svchost. I search for some clues
and I found something with spybot "W32.Lovgate.AD@MM" none of the antivirus software
found it Norton, Trendmicro, Stinger(Mc afee),etc. I am still researching the problem
