I have been pulling my hair out for 3 days now and I finally got everything to work
again. Click START, right click MY COMPUTER and click MANAGE. Select SERVICES AND
APPLICATIONS then SERVICES. ALL of my services were disabled. I went through the
entire list and started all of the services that I could and all my programs started
again. Dell wanted me to wipe out my C drive and start all over but I knew there
must be a way to undo the damage done by attempting to install the Verizon Support
program. I hope this helps anyone who experiences the damage that a poorly written
program can do to your machine!
