Victor, did you ever find a solution? I have exactly the same problem and none of
the solutions posted worked for me either. the 'ordinal 233 missing' message comes
up just as you describe, in several contexts: When starting Outlook, Norton, or
accessing 'help' in Excel.
With Outlook, the message comes up half a dozen times, I cancel it and eventually
Outlook works just fine.
