For those of you that are still looking for an anwser to this question try the following. Start/Run --> SecPol.msc Then go to "Local Policies> User Rights Assignment" Verify that the "Administrators" group is a member of the following policies: Back up files and directories Debug programs Manage auditing and security log Restore files and directories Take ownership of files or other objects The last item on the list is usually the culprit.
