I found my problem with sounds coming from Internet Explorer even when "no sounds" were selected in the Control Panel. The problem wasn't with Internet Explorer, but with Pest Patrol spyware. The sound must be disabled on cookie patrol. The "water bloop" is just cookie patrol logging cookies as they appear through the websites. Norwood Shelton, Monroe, LA
