I tried all the suggestions in the thread here and it didn't work. So, I opened 'Regedit'
and searched for the string which my Recycle Bin had got renamed to.
I found it in this location:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\CLSID\{645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E}
The 'Default' had to be renamed in the right pane to 'Recycle Bin'.
