I have a question about Now
that I've moved my taskbar to the top of my screen, I keep losing the titlebars of
my applications underneath it!
I some how moved my taskbar to the top of my desktop and cannot get it back to the
bottom of the page, also my address block and files, edit, view, will not go to the
top. please help me restore them to the proper places. thanks
