Question about 'Customize Context Menus'

I have a question about Customize Context Menus:

Is there a way to change the default highlighted option in the context menu? I followed the instructions on http://support.microsoft.com/kb/q272623/ and now wish I hadnt. When I added the 'Print this directory' item as I wanted, my default 'double click' action for all folders changed from OPEN to SEARCH... and now whenever I double click a folder, instead of opening it, it opens a search window. Is there a registry edit I can make to force OPEN to be the default? It cannot be done in the edit file type dialog under tools > Folder options > File Types TAB > File folder > advanced, which is the method I used to create the item. I also could not remove the item this way, so I removed it in the registry, but my default is still stuck at SEARCH...
