I accidently use Registry Help to clean up and it made my windows error. After re-install win2000 SP4, it had one error with the same in these article. I tried to solve the problem for 1 week. Tried remove "P&P software driver enumerator". But I can't re-install the driver. I tried to re-install the windows 2000 SP4 again. And got the same error. Now I found these article and it works...
