.Cab files are really funny. You think you have the fully loaded CD through which
you can install XP.
Data.Cab files form a part of installation and if the system can't find the file
while installing it is good to turnback and say you have the incomplete version.
People have been complaining about this just like .DLL files. If at all you install
the software you might have problems in copying games and running it on your system.
