If it isn't too late...
The primary/extended is just the file system's way of addressing your information:
The first partition on each disk will always be primary, with the others being extended.
1. Your swap file should be on a separate physical disk from the one windows is on.
2. Your swap file should be on the most used partition.
In your case, this would be G or H, whichever you use most.
