More info about entries missing from menus

Other "missing entries" can be corrected as follows:
MS Office: Open MS Word, then Tools > Customize > Options Tab then uncheck "Menus
show recently used commands first"
Internet Explorer: Tools > Internet Options > Advanced Tab, then uncheck "Enable
Personalized Favorites Menu"
MS Project: Tools > Customize > Toolbars > Options Tab, then check "Always show full
menus"
