Built 4 new PCs. 1 x P4/Gigabyte Mobo, 3 x Sempron/MIS Mobo. All with XP Pro. The 3 Sempron/ MIS combo will not power off. XP shuts down to black screen, but power is still on. Have researched MSoft kbid=810903, tried ACPI settings, checked Control Panel power settings, blah blah. I would be keen to hear from some-one who has experienced this and FIXED it.
