Ok, it was not in DM. / And in control panel/power options, tabs are "power schemes",
"Advanced", "Hibernate", "UPS" // Power schemes options are set at, "home/officedesk"
then turn off monitor after 45min, turn off hard disk after 2hrs/ Advanced tab
= always show icon on the task bar is not checked. / Hibernate tab, hibernation
is not enabled. /and UPS tab, not installed.
