I've tried every suggestion in this forum and nothing has helped. I may have a
deeper problem... When I run the list of enabled/disabled services most are disabled,
but when I try to enable them I get an odd error message about Plug and Play not
being operational (and I can't enable Plug and Play). I also get an error about
"Win32" whatever that means....
