I have a similar annoying problem: The CDRW has accepted the role of being a floppy
and is always searched through at bootup. I've disabled and removed every instance
of floppy - dug deep in BIOS, Reg. and init-files etc. - but the floppy keeps coming
back in Explorer and is virtually searched through when starting.
