I have a question about Have Windows Power Down Your Computer Automatically:

I Found this : HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\PowerDownAfterShutdown Change value from 0 to 1 If the key doesn't exist create it! What i need to do is turn off this feather because my HDD light is still flashing when windows shutsdown my computer and i think its causing some startup problems Per another article i read . I dont have this value ( \PowerDownAfterShutdown ) In my Reg an not sure how to creat it. Any help would be great . THANKS
