Okay, I cracked the coded. After spending about 4 hours just trying to install the
drivers for my usb bluetooth device, I started trying everything.
It kept giving me the 1406 message saying that I wasn't authorized to modify the
KEY blah blah blah. So I decide to make a new user on the computer, named "Admin"
and gave it administrative level just like my other account had. Then I logged on
to the Admin account and installed the software without a stitch. Then I switched
back to my account and deleted Admin. The software still works fine. (Of course
you shouldn't do a single user install)
ALSO, renaming your account to "Admin" will not work. You have to actually make
a new one so that your kernel dirs will be named Admin.
