I located both files on my ME Windows CD, but am currently running XP Pro sp2, I simply copied the files to a folder on my harddrive and then went to new hardware and installed browed to the location and rebooted and my sound was finally back!!! In the sound properties I had to go and select, because my modem sound was being picked up at first instead of my sound card, but once I changed it everything worked great!!
