Figured it, here is what you do:
1. Reboot holding down F8 Key
2. Choose "Safe Mode".
3. Once in Windows, Goto: Control Panel> User Accounts
4.Create a new account with THE SAME ADMINISTRATOR RIGHTS
5. DO NOT CREATE A PASSWORD FOR THIS NEW ACCOUNT. "LEAVE IT BLANK"
6.REBOOT
7.LOGIN AS THE NEW ACCOUNT (WITH NO PASSWORD)
VOILA!
