I was having the same problems as Dustin, and by the looks of it alot of other people
too.
After trying everything mentioned on this website, and getting absolutely nowhere,
thanks to all the people who tried, i did some googling for this problem and came
across this article on another website.

It fixed the problems I was having and I'm positive it will fix the problems for
most other people too.
