I have had the same problem with a ucr-61s2b card reader I purchased just recently. Unfortunately the driver update didn't solve the problem so I am packing it up and sending it back. Can anyone recommend a card reader that will work on most motherboards? Mine is a Compaq 041Ch Philip.
