I've reinstalled the OS a dozen times; the last time (which was less than a week ago) I completely wiped the hard drive.....repartitioned and reformatted.....then performed another installation. It crashes when I move it.....breathe on it....look at it......it also freezes up on me......so much for the Japanese and their supposedly superior technology......
