I'm using XP Pro 5.1.26 with SP2.0 and Tweak UI for XP. Same weird Autohide problems. I don't care much for workarounds; I'd prefer a fix, but what can you do? I installed the Taskbar Activate app and it seems to help, but it is not a perfect solution - sometimes, mousing to the edge of the screen still does not recall the Taskbar (opposite problem to the one being resolved). Also, I'm not sure I understand all of the settings.
