HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\Netbt\Parameters
change
the value to 0.
Value Name: EnableProxy
Value Type: REG_DWORD
Values: Boolean (0 or 1)
Default: 0
i think....wait for confirmation first though.
