creating self extracting & registy updating exe file

well i pretty much said it all in the subject. how do i create an exe file that will
unzip the contents to a specified location and then run a .reg file to add stuff
to the registry. all but the registry part i can do with power archiver. using the
make exe file option, i can turn the zip file into an application but it wont let
me run the registry files when done unzipping application. sry if i made that confusing.
