I tried all this and nothing worked. I finally found a quick fix easy solution. All
you need to do is get into someones computer that has folder options working as you
want it to then go to registry, export and email the following registry keys to yourself:
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory and HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Folder. All you need to do then
is add these keys to your registry by double clicking on them. I hope this helps,
coz it fixed it for me and I tried everything before that. This should save you a
lot of time.:-)
