If the system's BIOS allows this to be done, one way to resolve this problem is to
change the IRQs manually for the USB device(s) and sound card in the BIOS setup program.
Refer to the motherboard's manual, or the start-up screen for the key or key combination
to press to enter the BIOS. You have to take care to make sure that no two devices
are using the same IRQ.
