You should never have two AV programs running at once, never! Spybot and CWShredder don't need to be running in the background, so why are they? They're only cleaners. Spyware Blaster doesnt' need to be running at all, so it's function isn't the same as SG. If you're that paranoid, then you'll need to live with the slowdown.
