Have you tried this...? Log in as the admin(yourself) and go to regedit.(be careful here...do a backup of the registry if you are not familiar or unsure) Under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE>SOFTWARE, look for the subkey where Office is installed (most probably MICROSOFT> OFFICE). Right-click and go to Permissions. Look for the USERS group. The limited user account should be under this group. Select that group and go to Advanced below. Now select the USERS group and click on edit. Here you are basically going to add Write DAC and Write Owner permissions to this account. Save and exit. That should do the trick.....
