Unfortunately not that I know of. This is one of the features of Win XP. Its more of a security issue where limited accounts should not be able to run anything that the Admin account does not want them to. Also you have to understand that applications that are older than XP have this limitation. Newer applications come with the ability to be run by limited accounts.
