Just wanted to say thanks!! - this helped me out big-time! - I got the following
error and it was resolved using your technique of deleting the Upper and LowerFilter
settings in the registry. Thanks again:
The LowerFilter or UpperFilter registry key for CD-ROM was containing incorrect drivers.
It has been corrected.
You must reboot your computer in order the changes are effective. Until then, you
may not be able to access your CD-ROM drives.
