THIS PROBLEM OCCURED WHEN I TRIED TO CHAGE THE THEME FROM THE NET. IF THERE IS AN ANSWER ANYBODY CAN SEND IT TO ME I WILL BE PLEASED. I KNOW AT THE MOMENT THE ONLY SOLUTION IS TO REINSTALL THE OS.
