"General CleanTool" from Nero should get rid of any old stuff. However, that may
not solve your problem.
I have similar problems trying to write using InCd.
Mine is intermittent. When it fouls up, hangs my system until I get error messages.
I get back to normal by disabling the drive and then reenabling it.
I doubt that Roxio can help you with this.
This happens on my Internal Drive. I have an External Drive which works fine. I was
thinking it might be my drive, but I see so many other complaints that I am thinking
it is InCd.
If you would like to commiserate further, feel free to respond.
