inability to load program

Hi All, I have been trying to load a flight sim program but each time I try it comes up with message.. 16 Bit Windows System c:\windows\system32\autoexec.nt The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft windows applicatons. I can load this one of my other pc's with no troubles at all, Where is list of BSOD codes? all help greatly appreciated Many thanks, John
