Can Windows XP use two connections simultaneously?

Hello all! I'm trying to find out if Windows XP Pro can use two connections simultaneously, and shunt a particular program to each. In my example, my work needs me to connect to them through a modem (non VPN). However, I still have/want/need my broadband access. The way it's working now is that if I connect through the dial-up, nothing else will work besides this goofy program (company has firewalls/ports blocked to prevent net access through dial-up). If I use the LAN connection, net access is great, but of course, I can't connect to the computers at work. So, is it possible for me to have this one program/process connect through my dial-up, while everything else just follows standard IE settings and uses my broadband? Are there programs for something like this? Has anyone else had to do something like this before? (I don't even know what to call it, otherwise I'd have google'd it... which would have brought me back here anyways.. :D ). Any help/advice is greatly appreciated! Johnny
